Meet Atlanta Orthodontist Dr. Behnaz (Bennie) Yavari, DMD

She earned a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and biology in Atlanta, GA and Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in Louisiana, before continuing her education with certifications in Orthodontics and Aligner Therapy. She is also ABO Board Eligible in Clinical Orthodontics.

Dr. Yavari is the first and only female orthodontist in her family. Her passion for creating beautiful smiles motivated her to pursue a career in dentistry and she is very proud of her accomplishments since coming to the United States from Iran in 2005.  She loves working with her hands, paying attention to small details and seeing treatment results when working with braces or clear aligners.  She also enjoys the fact that she can create long-term relationships with her patients throughout their orthodontic journey. “A smile is a gift of life!
