What to Expect: Your First Visit
When you or your child come in for the first appointment as a new patient, please bring in these patient forms completely filled out. You’ll also need photo identification, insurance cards, and your preferred method of payment for any copays or out-of-pocket costs. Braces Braces accepts all major credit cards and most major insurances.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
